As an Integrative Health Practitioner I believe healing and wellness are on a continuum and can truly thrive when we are in alignment with our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional centers. This becomes challenging when you are feeling sick, bloated, anxious, irritable, lethargic and just plain bad.

I was diagnosed with IBS in my early 20โ€™s and later leaky gut and was labeled an enigma because my well-meaning Gastroenterologists, could not figure out what was wrong with me. I suffered for many years until I found the right practitioners who partnered with me and helped me modify my behaviors and lifestyle and ultimately shift my relationship with my body.

If you suffer from some of the multiple accompanying symptoms of digestive dysbiosis including memory issues, concentration, insomnia, brain fog, constipation or diarrhea, it can feel scary and overwhelming.

I can help you start to heal your microbiome while building a healthy and strong relationship with your body. I partner with my clients to give you the tools, support and accountability on your journey back to health.

Together we will explore your daily nutritional intake, hydration, sleep patterns, medications and supplements, stress levels and recovery, exercise and fitness routines, inflammatory markers, connections with others, outlets for stress and much more.

Often as we start to heal your gut microbiome, you will start to feel more confident in your body, more empowered and ready to make global changes in your life.

I offer a menu of options: to get you to a more resilient and healthful self:

  • I month, 3 month, 6 month, and โ€ฆprograms

  • 50 minute bimonthly sessions

  • Emailing in between sessions with an expected 24-48 hour turnaround time

  • Weekly emailed check-ins

  • Daily Voxer check-ins either via text or voicemail
